2. Using it as a paste:

• Take a small pot and a clean spoon.
• Start mixing baking soda and Hydrogen peroxide with a clean spoon.
• Make a thick paste. Use more Hydrogen peroxide if needed.
• Remember, make it thicker, not sandy. If so, it will cause abrasiveness. 
• Apply the paste using a toothbrush.
• Use circular motions to apply, and it’s for at least 2 minutes.
• Leave it for few minutes to set up.
• After a few whiles, rinse off the paste and swishing around your mouth that makes sure nothing is left over.
